Bought my girlfriend for christmas. Amazing quality, she loved them.

Very impressed with my first pair of Uggs, kept me warm even though I was standing out in the -7 deg C weather in christmas markets for hours. Due to the lack of arch support, my flat foot does ache some times. The height is great for petites.

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. However after wearing them twice a hole developed on the seam which is completely unacceptable on any pair of boots, never mind a pair at £175! Schuh offered me a return for inspection (which would take about 2 weeks until a new pair arrived) or a return to a store - nearest one a 50 mile round trip away. I chose to return them to the store and after a complaint Schuh refunded my fuel costs. The lady who served me in the shop was extremely helpful, although pulled another thread on the side of the boot and it came away completely too. I almost wondered if I had bought a fake pair. I have given them a 3 out of 5 due to comfort and on the assumption that I was unlucky with the first pair and will have no issues with the replacement.

I'm in love with these! I've always wanted some but my mum refused due to the cost of the ugg, so she brought similar cheap ones from other shops round about £20 and they would last me 2 months before the souls started going In and making me walk funny, I went through 5 pairs and said to my mum can I have a pair instead of buying hundreds of the cheap ones, and that they would last so much longer and she gave in after I showed her the reviews on here, I got them for Christmas and I love them, they feel more fitted and supported than the cheap ones I would have these again, we'll worth the money!!!
