Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

Really happy with the converse trainers everything I was expecting. Even more happier with the delivery service, I was constantly informed upto date information of we're my parcel was.
